⭐ Recently, I had the privilege of speaking at the 𝗨𝗞-𝗨𝘇𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻-𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, an event held with the support of the British Embassy in Uzbekistan.

👉 It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with some of Turkiye’s leading developers, exchange insights, and discuss experiences in growing businesses within Uzbekistan’s evolving infrastructure sector.

🤝 With exciting collaborations ahead and plenty of work to be done, I look forward to seeing these discussions translate into impactful projects in the region.A balancing rock, also called balanced rock or precarious boulder, is a naturally occurring geological formation featuring a large rock or boulder, sometimes of substantial size, resting on other rocks, bedrock, or on glacial till. ⭐ Had the opportunity to visit the construction site of 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗸𝗲𝗻𝘁, one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Uzbekistan. This large-scale initiative brings together multiple international stakeholders, including several leading British companies contributing their expertise.

👉 Projects of this magnitude are rare, and I am confident that New Tashkent will bring significant benefits to Uzbekistan, shaping its future as a modern and forward-thinking nation.

💭 Not every country can boast such visionary developments, and it’s inspiring to witness the progress firsthand.

⭐ This Sunday, I had the privilege of participating as a mentor at 🚀 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁, Uzbekistan’s first AI hackathon for entrepreneurs, developers, and business angels.

👉 It was a great experience to share insights with young entrepreneurs and startup founders, exchanging ideas and discussing innovative solutions. This dynamic and impactful event is a significant step forward for the country’s tech ecosystem.

⭐ As part of the 𝐔𝐊 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐲, I had the pleasure of meeting HM Ambassador of the UK to Kazakhstan Kathy Leach, in Almaty. It was valuable to engage with a broad array of stakeholders in Kazakhstan's construction sector and to take part in a landmark event.

🤝 A special thank you to the 𝗨𝗞 Department for Business and Trade -- their outstanding efforts in organizing this multi-day event. The seamless coordination and well-structured meetings provided an excellent platform for meaningful discussions and new connections.

👉 The next part of the trade mission will take place in 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐭, and I eagerly look forward to continuing these valuable discussions there.

⭐ Yesterday, I had an engaging strategic meeting with both the 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and the 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. Together, we mapped out the critical steps for the successful implementation of current and upcoming projects.

👉 Our discussions emphasized the vital role of partnership between our teams.

🤝 We are now drafting a memorandum to solidify our collaborative efforts for the future stages of these initiatives.

⭐ This week, I had the honour of visiting some of the top educational institutions specializing in construction in Samarkand. I will certainly write in detail about several of them in other posts..

⭐ Together, we discussed the critical role of education in driving innovation and addressing the needs of Uzbekistan's growing construction sector.

💡 As the visionary thinker Peter Drucker once said: "The best way to predict the future is to create it." These words resonate deeply as we at VERO Scaffolding continue to invest in developing talent and expertise in this vital field.

🎙️ It was a pleasure to share my perspective during an interview with a national television channel in Uzbekistan 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗧𝗩, where we discussed the dynamic changes shaping Uzbekistan's business landscape in recent years.

⭐ Since the interview was translated into Uzbek, and not everyone may be familiar with the language, here is a brief summary of the key points I covered.

👉 One of the key highlights is the 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 and the reduction of bureaucratic barriers, a significant step toward improving the investment climate. The government’s increased support for 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 has also played a crucial role in fostering new technologies and attracting young professionals into the economy.

👉 Reforms aimed at enhancing the financial system and safeguarding 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 have bolstered the confidence of entrepreneurs and investors alike.

👉 Additionally, the active 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 has facilitated the adoption of global best practices and standards, further solidifying Uzbekistan's position as a forward-looking business hub.

💡 These advancements underscore the potential for sustainable growth and innovation in Uzbekistan, and it’s exciting to see the momentum continue.

⭐ Tashkent hosted the Business Holistic Conference, a key event focusing on the role of sustainable practices in shaping the future of business.

💭 Sustainable business practices significantly influence corporate culture, fostering positive trends in a healthy competitive environment and in customer service. These, in turn, contribute to broader economic development and social well-being.

💡 It was inspiring to be part of discussions highlighting how sustainable development is not just an ethical choice, but a strategic one, leading to long-term benefits for both businesses and society.
